Cullen C. Merritt

Cullen, a University Graduate Fellow, is a native of Lubbock, Texas. In 2009, he graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and minors in communication and English. As an undergraduate, Cullen worked for the political science department where he served as a research assistant for the Project for Equity, Representation, and Governance (PERG). With PERG, he conducted research regarding public management structures as well as the administration of public policies concerning higher education and secondary education. Cullen’s research and teaching interests include: organizational theory and behavior, organizational publicness, public management (particularly at the local level), and quantitative methodology.
