Erin L. Borry

Originally from New Hampshire, Erin received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey.  While at Rutgers, she worked as a research assistant and co-wrote a forthcoming book chapter on the use of municipal websites in New Jersey as tools for transparent government practices.  She has also studied open meetings legislation in the United States with a particular focus on New Jersey.  As a first-year doctoral student, she is working as a graduate research assistant for Kelly LeRoux.  Her current research interests include governmental transparency, contracting, whistle blowing, and e-government at the state and local levels.
