KUCIMAT banquet at the ICMA Conference

The KUCIMAT banquet at the ICMA Conference will be held on Monday, September 19th at the Pier Wisconsin http://bartolottacatering.com/pier/ located at 500 N. Harbor Dr., Milwaukee, WI 53202.

The cost will be $55.00 with reception starting at 6:30 to 7:30 on the terrace overlooking the lake; dinner beginning at 7:45 to 9:30; and program starting at 8:30.
The menu will be:

The Wisconsin fare includes:
First Course: (Parkerhouse Rolls & Raisin Walnut Bread served with dinner)
  • Salad (per person)
  • Orchard Apples, Cranberries, Bibb Lettuce, Hazelnuts, and Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Entrees:
  • Pan Seared Bistro Steak cooked Medium Rare, with Blue Cheese
  • Crusting, Sautéed Green Beans and Mustard Spaztle
  • Herb encrusted Wisconsin White Fish served with Double Baked Potatoes, and Sautéed Green Beans and Roasted Tomato
  • Vegetarian: Heirloom Tomatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, Homemade Tomato Sauce and Aged Wisconsin Parmesan

Dessert:
  • Rhubarb Tartin (per person) with Mascarpone Cheese, and Door County Cherry Sauce with
  • Coffee Service Table Side

A shuttle will run from the Convention Center to the Pier 6:30 to 7:30 and start again after the banquet.
